Zifa President, Philip Chiyangwa has returned home this afternoon and said he dedicated the ouster of Issa Hayatou to President Mugabe. Chiyangwa said he had been cleared by the President to take on Hayatou. If Mugabe had not given the nod it was not going to happen, he said. Mugabe, like Hayatou, is still hanging on to power, despite being a 93-year-old grandpa.
Chiyangwa savaged Hayatou saying he was now treating African football as his family business, hence all major football tournaments were now in West Africa.
